1. All the students and parents are informed to note down the following dates of Annual Examination and Pre Board Examination 2021-2022.

DATES OF ANNUAL EXAMINATION FOR CLASSES NURSERY TO IX & XI & PRE-BOARD EXAMINATION FOR CLASSES X & XII

Both Examinations will be held from 3^rd March 2022 to 15^th March 2022.

1. Detail schedule will be notified later on.
2. Mode of Examination of classes IX to XII will be offline if school will run offline.
3. Mode of Examination for classes Nursery to VIII will be announced later on.

NOTIFICATION FOR ADMISSION IN CLASSES NURSERY TO IX & XI (Session 2021-2022 )

1. Parents seeking admission in HAL School, Korwa from classes Nursery to IX & XI are here by inform to follow the procedures as under :-
2. You may get the admission form from the school office between 10.30 AM to 3.00 PM on all working days.
3. Fill the admission form clearly with no cuttings/over writing & affix recent passport size coloured / black and white photograph in the space provided in the form along with DOB certificate (photocopy ) issued by Nagar Nigam/Registrar office/ Panchyat Secretary (Nr, KG and & first only).
4. From classes II to VIII onwards kindly attach photocopy of aadhar card.
5. Enclosures to be attached – (i) Duly filled in application form (ii) Photocopy of Birth Certificate/Aadhar card (self attested), (iii) For HAL wards – Photocopy of Birth Certificate/Aadhar card-Self attested & Residence certificate issued by HR Deptt. HAL, Korwa.
6. Selection procedure :- Interaction / Merit Basis/Written test.
7. Kindly note that admission will be considered only after receiving documents as required above.
8. School reserves the right for admission.
9. Age criteria as on 30.06.2021.

Very Important Notice

     As per the State Govt. order all parents & students are hereby informed that the school will remain closed further till 2^nd April 2020 for classes Nursery to IX & XI due to precautionary measures being taken against COVID-19 Novel Coronavirus disease.   The annual exams 2019-20 for classes Nursery to IX & XI scheduled from 23^rd March to 27^th March 2020 are postponed.

      As per instruction received by Secretary CBSE the Board Exams for classes X & XII scheduled between 19.03.2020 to 31.03.2020 (both dates inclusive) will be rescheduled after 31^st March 2020.Rescheduled dates will be notified later on.
