Note Parents seeking admission in HAL School, Korwa from classes Nursery to XII are here by inform to follow the procedures as under :-

  1. Fill the admission form clearly with no cuttings/over writing & affix recent passport size coloured / black and white photograph in the space provided in the form along with DOB certificate (photocopy ) issued by Nagar Nigam/Registrar office/ Panchyat Secretary (Nr, KG and & first only).
  2. From classes II to XII onwards kindly attach photocopy of aadhar card.
  3. Enclosures to be attached – (i) Duly filled in application form (ii) Photocopy of Birth Certificate/Aadhar card (self attested), (iii) For HAL wards – Photocopy of Birth Certificate/Aadhar card-Self attested & Residence certificate issued by HR Deptt. HAL, Korwa.
  4. Selection procedure :- Interaction / Merit Basis/Written test.
  5. Kindly note that admission will be considered only after receiving documents as required above.
  6. School reserves the right for admission.
  7. Age criteria as on 30.06.2022.

RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR ADMISSION

  1. Candidates for admission will have to apply in the prescribed application form available in the school office.
  2. At the time of admission to Class I, the child should have completed 6 years on 30th June of the year.
  3. For Nursery class, children should not be less than 3 years on 30th June of the year.
  4. Application form must be accompanied with proof of age in the case of Nursery class. The copy of birth certificate is to be attached along with. Incomplete forms will not be entertained.
  5. Other than Nursery students, Transfer Certificate and Progress Report Card of the recognized school last attended should be attached with the application form. Incomplete form will not be accepted.
  6. T.Cs. must be counter signed by the concerned Education Officer of   C.B.S.E / I.C.S.E. / State Board, before submission.

WITHDRAWAL

  1. A clear one month’s notice in writing for withdrawal of the ward must be given by the parents/guardian,
  2. If a pupil has to be withdrawn, then application for T.C. must be submitted to the Principal office along with necessary enclosures.
  3. T.C. will be issued to the parent / guardian only after fulfilling necessary formalities.
  4. Neither T.C. nor any other certificate will be issued to defaulters of school fee, library books etc.
  5. Withdrawal form is given at the end of the diary
