  1. All the students and parents are informed to note down the following dates of Annual Examination and Pre Board Examination 2021-2022.

DATES OF ANNUAL EXAMINATION FOR CLASSES NURSERY TO IX & XI & PRE-BOARD EXAMINATION FOR CLASSES X & XII

Both Examinations will be held from 3rd March 2022 to 15th March 2022.

  1. Detail schedule will be notified later on.
  2. Mode of Examination of classes IX to XII will be offline if school will run offline.
  3. Mode of Examination for classes Nursery to VIII will be announced later on.

Procedure for online Pre Mid Term Test- 2021-22 :

                      Mode:
                      Google Forms
                      When: from 12 July to 17 July,2021
                      No of Questions: 20 (MCQ with 4 options)
                      Max. Marks in each subject: 20 marks for classes I to VIII.
                      & 40 marks for IX & X
                      Timings:
                      Slot First (10:30 am to 11:10 am)       For Classes:  I, V, VI, VII & VIII
                      Slot Second:(12:30pm to 01:10pm)   For Classes:  II, III, IV , IX  & X
                     1) Ensure proper net connectivity  with suitable mobile/ device/Laptop etc.
                    2) You must have valid email id and password. Fill your personal informations & email id very carefully.
                    3) Students of different classes (different links) may use same email id, however different students of same class (same link) can not use same email id.
                   4) One student-  one submission only allowed.
                   5) Question paper link will be shared with the students on  their ClassWhatsApp group on scheduled time . However students must be ready by 20 minutes earlier than scheduled  time.
                  6) Click the link and proceed.
                  7) Complete your task / answers  & submit  within 40 minutes. Submission within time is mandatory as after 40 minutes,  the link will be automatically blocked and hence no   submission can be done.
                  No screen shots or otherwise mode of submission will be allowed.
                 8) After successful submission ,with valid email id, a  copy of your answer sheet will be sent at your email address.
                9) In case any further query, we warmly welcome you, please contact subject teachers/class teacher.

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR 2020 BOARD EXAMINEE OF THE SUBJECTS__ BUSINESS STUDIES, HINDI CORE AND COMPUTER SCIENCE::
1. All the 2020 board examinee of the subjects Business Studies, Hindi Core and Computer Science whose board examinations were rescheduled from 1st July to 15th July but couldn’t be conducted and result has been declared on the basis of assessment scheme if they wish to improve their performance are informed that board is going to give the option to appear in the examination scheduled in September.
2.But the marks obtained by a candidate in this optional examination will be treated as final.
3. If the students are interested to appear in this optional examination they will submit their consent letter with photocopy of Admit Card in this group till 19/08/2020.
4.There is no any examination fee for this optional exam.
5.Students are advised read the cbse circular attached with this notice carefully for more details.
6.Submission of option will not be considered after last date in any condition.
